POLICIES AT TATTOO MD and CELEBRITY LASER SPA

Appointment Policy
As we are a medical facility and require medical background information and consent forms prior to treatment, we request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Parking
Public Parking in our shopping center’s parking lot (Santa Monica Plaza) or on side streets. There is valet parking in our parking lot Monday-Friday 11am-3pm and after 5pm. The first 45 minutes are free and then $1 for every 20 minutes thereafter.

Payment Policy
We do ask that all that payments be made in full prior to each service. We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash or check. If you are a member of ITEX, we do accept ITEX for most services.

Low Price Guarantee
The low price guarantee excludes esthetician and injectable services. To qualify, please bring a valid written price quote or coupon from the service provider.

Payment Plans
We do feel that everyone should have the opportunity to look and feel their best regardless of their financial situation, and so financing plans are available. If you are interested in a financing plan please discuss your requirements with our office manager, or ask about Care Credit.

Cancellation Policy
We understand emergencies do arise; however, we require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule treatments and/or procedures. A cancellation fee will apply if your treatment/procedure is cancelled less than 48 hours. “No Shows” will be billed a no-show fee.

Complimentary Consultation
Complimentary consultations are offered and subject to 24 hour cancellation policy. We ask you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out necessary forms.
